Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire National Pump & Energy. The business provides dewatering, environmental services and water treatment solutions in Australia and New Zealand. The company has 420 employees and in 2022 had revenues of approximately 205 MAUD. “NPE has strong market recognition, and great expertise”, said Andrew Walker, Business Area President Power Technique.

Atlas Copco has acquired the compressed air business of Asven S.R.L. The company is located in Rosario, in the Santa Fe province. The acquired business has 10 employees and specializes in sales, installation and service of compressed air systems.
