CDR Pumps Release New UCL Non-metallic Mechanical Seal Pump

International technology group ANDRITZ has received an order from CH. Karnchang (Lao) Company Ltd. to supply the electro-mechanical equipment for the newly constructed Luang Prabang run-of-river hydropower plant, Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

International technology group ANDRITZ has received an order from Kraftwerk Ryburg-Schwörstadt AG for the rehabilitation of all four Kaplan turbines at the Ryburg-Schwörstadt hydropower plant on the River Rhine.

BUMAX has supplied premium stainless steel fasteners to a pilot hydropower project in France, verifying that the fasteners suffered no corrosion, wear or galling after two years of operation in extreme conditions.

International technology group ANDRITZ has received an order from the Assam state government-owned utility Assam Power Generation Corporation Ltd. (APGCL) to supply the complete electro-mechanical equipment for the Lower Kopili hydropower plant located on the Kopili river in central Assam, India.

In the future, Voith Group will be the sole owner of the Voith Hydro Group Division, which previously was operated as a joint venture with Siemens Energy. The technology group and the long-term partner Siemens Energy came to a mutual agreement on a buy-out of the remaining 35 percent stake in the former Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation GmbH & Co. KG.

Voith Hydro has won the order to upgrade the power units from the Coo I section at Belgium’s largest pumped storage power plant, Coo-Trois-Ponts. The project will take a period of four years and will bring an increase in plant capacity of 79 MW and performance.
