To meet these demands liquids dosing and mixing specialists MILTON ROY UK developed their Primeroyal range of hydraulically driven diaphragm liquid end dosing pumps. The Primeroyal reciprocating dosing pump with variable stroke length, delivers flow rates up to 16,000 lit / hour at pressures up to 500 bar and incorporates the facility for either manual or automatic stroke adjustment.

The main material / hydraulic configurations for these pumps are, 316 stainless steel, PVC, PVDF hydraulically actuated diaphragm liquid ends with a PTFE or stainless steel diaphragm. The 'HPD' patented design of the diaphragm ensures a working life claimed to exceed 20,000 hours.

Primeroyal pumps are a modular design, providing users with a high degree of flexibility, combined with easier upgrading and maintenance. They are available with numerous options such as, double diaphragm, diaphragm failure detection, double check valves, spring loaded valves, slurry configuration, food grade design, cooling / heating jacket and automated flow control.
