Eaton Plans Live Webcast

Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation said today it plans to webcast its March 10 presentation at the Smith Barney Citigroup Global Industrial Manufacturing Conference in New York City.

Richard H. Fearon, Eaton executive vice president – chief financial and planning officer, will detail the company's direction and business plans beginning at 10:30 a.m. EST. He will conclude at about 11:10 a.m.

The conference will be available to interested parties via a live audio webcast that can be accessed from the investor relations section of Eaton's home page. Simply click on the microphone in the investor relations section to access the conference.
