Gardner Denver, Inc. Acquires ILMVAC GmbH

Gardner Denver, Inc. (NYSE: GDI) announced today that it has acquired ILMVAC GmbH, located in Ilmenau, Germany. ILMVAC, a leading European provider of vacuum pumps, systems and accessories for research and development laboratories and industrial applications, generated sales of €9.4 million, or approximately $11.6 million, in the year ended December 31, 2009.
