Service Network in Germany and Spain Expanded
After signing the acquisition agreement with Motoren Jacobs GmbH in Heide, Germany in February, the KSB Group now has a total of eighteen service centres in Germany. The company specializes in the repair of electric motors, and the acquisition is a further step towards broadening KSB's expertise in this field.
The other new addition to the service organization is Suciba, a service provider based in Sondika (near Bilbao) in Spain. They joined the organization in March of this year and are particularly well versed in servicing industrial and power generation equipment. Suciba was purchased as part of KSB's plans to continue expanding its service business in Spain.
Including the two new subsidiaries, the Service organization now has sixty-eight European locations catering to the customers' service needs.
