Voith Awarded $60 Million Rehabilitation Contract at American Hydropower Plant Priest Rapids

Dr. Tobias Keitel will be appointed President & CEO of Voith Hydro and a member of the Corporate Board of Management of the Voith Group effective November 1, 2022. He succeeds Uwe Wehnhardt, who will continue to be available to the company as Senior Advisor.

International technology group ANDRITZ received an order from Greenko MP01 IREP Private Limited, for the electromechanical works at the Gandhi Sagar pumped storage project (1,440 MW) located in Kheemla block village in Neemuch district in Madhya Pradesh, India.

In the first six months (10/1/2021 to 3/31/2022) of the current fiscal year 2021/22, the Voith Group saw strong performance in a market environment characterized by global crises.

The HyCon GoHybrid, launched to the market in May 2021, is a hydraulic unit for turbine governors in hydropower. Due to the significantly increased energy efficiency and low oil volumes, the GoHybrid enjoys high recognition, especially in Northern and Central Europe, where these features are becoming increasingly important.
