The 2022 Top Employers have been announced and Sulzer has been recognised as a Top Employer in Switzerland. Being certified as a Top Employer showcases our organisation’s dedication to a better world of work – exhibited through excellent HR policies and people practices.

前雇主协会项目证书ifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers 6 HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more.

Sulzer achieved an excellent overall score of 84.86% out of 100%, with 60% being the threshold for certification as a Top Employer. Our highest individual category was in attracting new talent, where Sulzer scored 92.33%.
