The new, optimised WANGEN X-UNIT perfectly prepares substrate in biogas plants, increasing the efficiency of all systems. The modular system, consisting of the X-TRACT and X-CUT, is designed for extremely high speeds and pressures of up to 6 bar.

The high-performance cutting unit (X-CUT) with its rotating cutting blade and the large settling tank (X-TRACT) frees the medium from all contaminants and macerates it into a finely chopped, porridge-like medium – optimum treatment for the fermentation process in the fermenters. THE WANGEN X-UNIT also provides excellent ease of servicing, low wear costs and low energy consumption.
